- Get Authorization: We'll provide a Return Authorization number and instructions.
- Package Item: Pack the item in original packaging with all accessories.
- Use Free Label: Attach the included free return label to your package.
- Ship & Track: Drop off at carrier and track your return using the provided tracking number.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for different sizes, colors, or models. Simply return your original item using the free return label and place a new order for your preferred item. We'll process your refund quickly so you can get exactly what you need.
Refund Information
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 30 days of us receiving your returned item.
Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
No Restocking Fees: We don't charge any restocking fees for returns.
