All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from our facility in Hanover, PA. We provide tracking information for all shipments so you can monitor your order's progress from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Large Item Shipping Details

Swing Sets & Playhouses

Shipped via freight carrier. Delivery appointment required. Driver will call 24-48 hours before delivery to schedule.

Pergolas & Gazebos

Freight shipping with liftgate service. Delivered to curbside or accessible location. Special handling for delicate components.

Carports & Greenhouses

Freight delivery with appointment scheduling. May require additional delivery time due to size and weight considerations.

Delivery Requirements

To ensure successful delivery of your outdoor living products:

  • Provide accurate and complete shipping address
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery
  • Provide clear access to delivery location
  • Be available by phone for delivery coordination
  • Inspect packages upon delivery before signing
  • Note any damage on delivery receipt

⚠️ Important Delivery Information

Large items are delivered curbside only unless White Glove service is purchased. Customer is responsible for moving items from curbside to final installation location. Some items may require special equipment or additional personnel for safe handling.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress on the carrier's website. For freight shipments, you'll also receive a call from the delivery company to schedule your delivery appointment.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us immediately. We work closely with our shipping partners to resolve these issues quickly:

  • Report damage within 48 hours of delivery
  • Take photos of damaged items and packaging
  • Keep all packaging materials for inspection
  • Contact our customer service team immediately
  • We'll arrange for replacement or refund as appropriate

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States and its territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.

Yes! We offer completely free shipping on every single order, regardless of size, weight, or destination within the United States. No minimum purchase required, no hidden fees.
How long does processing take?
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes are possible if the order hasn't shipped yet. Contact us immediately to make changes. Since all shipping is free, there are no additional fees for address changes.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping is available for small to medium items at no additional cost. Large items requiring freight shipping cannot be expedited due to carrier limitations, but all shipping is always free.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
For standard packages, carriers will leave them in a safe location or attempt redelivery. For freight items, a delivery appointment is required.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Small items can be shipped to P.O. boxes. Large items requiring freight shipping must be delivered to a physical address.
